Processing Times

    •    Hair Product Orders: Ship Next Day

    •    Raw Hair Orders: Ship within 3–5 Business Days

Refunds & Returns

All sales are final.

Refunds are only issued if there is an error on our part. In such cases, refunds are provided in the form of store credit, which:
